Girl Scout Cookie copy cat

Yup...I was a girl scout. I thought it was totally dumb, we never did anything really cool. Though, I did like the Samoa cookie.  When selling time came around I would just send the list with my dad to work. I was such a cheater. Not long ago I was at an ice cream parlor and a little boy came up to me and tried to get me to buy a box of girl scout cookies. I was like..."you are not a girl...what are you doing? He was like, "Well my sister is not doing such a good job so I thought I would give it a try!" I had to buy a box after hearing that.  Here is a recipe to make your own Samoa cookies/bars. Yummy.
