So, today has been a good week for me. I have chosen not to talk much about my struggle with unemployment on this blog but I am happy to report that after 1 year of total unemployment and 1 year of part time jobs I am now employed almost more than I can handle. It has been a tough 2 years, but I can't say I did not wish it did not happen. I have learned and struggled more than I ever thought I would in my life or at at my age and have been blow away by the support and generosity of our families and friends. I will forever try to pay it forward. September/October must be mine and Alex's lucky months. I got a new job one week before our one year wedding anniversary and Alex got his job last year on the last day of our honeymoon. Thanks everyone (you know who you are) for helping us get thru this all. Here's to "everything works on in the end"...even if you don't know when that end is.
