What I am reading...

I just started reading the book Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil by John Berendt. I saw a quote from the book and decided I needed to read it right away. I am only about 70 pages into it and I already love it. It makes me want to escape to Savannah, throw a party, wander the squares ( that is how the city is laid out) and find some Spanish Moss. I think the name Savannah is a beautiful name for a girl, you could call her Savy for short. Have you read it? There is also a movie...might have to check that out when I am done. Have a wonderful Thursday! June, really is that you...you got here so fast.

    Love that book and the Lady Chablis! The movie was a decent representation; Kevin Spacey's in it and just dominates his scenes. Enjoy! I'm reading "The Time Traveler's Wife" for about the 5th time. Love that book.

    Great book and great movie with Kevin Spacey. I think you'll really enjoy the movie!

    Possible mini-vacay in Savannah for a girl's weekend? We could bring that Katie Stoops with us too! I've always wanted to go!
