short and sweet

People often ask me if they should buy something off of someone's registry or give them money or something they think they might like.

My answer is always this.

Give them what they want...and that is off the registry. If couples are anything like Alex and me then they spent hours picking out just the right things. A registry is almost like a to-do list. The more stuff you get to cross off the list the better. I don't mean this is a greedy way...like, buy me everything way...like how dare you not give me a gift way... its just that it is  like a "order/control" type thing. A registry is like the only thing in the whole wedding process that is in neat little rows and just the way it is supposed to be...do you get what I mean? If, I am a little out there on this...then just take it this away....buy off the registry...its best for all parties.
