yoga

I took a yoga class yesterday after work and was amazed how much my body needed it and needs to get better at it. I think downward dog is supposed to be more relaxing than hard. In college I devoted a lot of my time to Bikram Yoga, when I graduated I never was able to fit it back into my schedule. Bikram Yoga changed my body and then my body changed back. I need to fit this back in. I think it is time. Do you practice yoga?
