Springtime in Paris

This past Sunday my sister took the train up from DC and we spent the day together. It was a blast. One of the best parts of her visit was going to the Philadelphia Flower Show. It was themed Spring Time in Paris and was amazing! I got so excited being that that I had to stop myself from rushing because I wanted to see everything right away! We actually looked at everything twice. I tried to take the best pictures I could but they really don't do it justice. It was quite magical in there, the smell and the beauty was overwhelming. I can't wait till next year to see what is created.

After the show, Julia and I got our nails done, had a hot chocolate that was so rich that it was like drinking melted chocolate, did some shopping and had a glass of wine and a snack before she had to head home.

It was a perfect Sunday and I can't wait for her next visit.

How beautiful is this flower arrangement. So soft and romantic and just beautiful! I think that is Dusty Miller in there which lately I have been loving because it is so soft and fuzzy to the touch. Almost like Lamb's ear...the plant.

Hello hello spring weddings....I love this color palette and ranunculuses are one of my favorite flowers. So so pretty!

I am not looking forward to the snow or any of the mess that comes with it. Le sigh!
