Ball-shaped ornaments displayed in glass flutes mimic the rising bubbles. (We mixed vintage balls with clear ones.) Gather flutes in varying styles, and cluster them on a cake stand to craft a truly effervescent centerpiece.I did something similar to this idea for a friend's wedding. Its totally perfect for a winter/holiday themed wedding or even a dinner party you may be hosting. Instead of using glass flutes I gathered together a bunch of glass vases and filled them with round Christmas ornaments in sades of silver. Some of them were matte some were shiny and some were glittery. I placed tea lights around them and they sparkled away. I did not use them as center pieces because I did not want anyone's view blocked but placed them on the buffet tables for added decoration. Added bonus is that next Christmas you will have some extra decorations!
