colour comparisons
Colour Comparison by Miss Moss is just beyond beautiful. One day she decided to match images from The Sartorialist that she had collected over some time with a folder of vintage art she had saved. Aren't the combos just perfect.

LL goes to jail
You know I love my Hollywood Gossip. Well, check out they gorgeous courtroom sketches of Lindsey Lohan getting ready for jail. You have got to give it to those court room artists. They are so fast at drawing and really come up with some beautiful work. I mean, look at Lindsey...she still looks good in these sketches and the artist Mona Shafer Edwards even captured Lohan's Louboutins.

how do they do that?
I worked in a coffee shop one summer during college and became quite the pro at my latte and cappuccino making...yes there is a difference. But....I never learned how to do this....I don't drink coffee any more...its bad for my skin and makes me crazy but every once in a blue moon I will get a latte and when its all pretty like above a smile just takes over my face.

I just saw these Travel Poster Series on one of my favorite blogs called swissmiss and in the April Issue of Real Simple. Totally smitten and might have to acquire the Philadelphia one. I kinda wish I have lived in more major cities to add to the collection!

Flyers
I remember in high school a friend of mine was asked to make flyers for an upcoming bake sale. He did a great job and posted signs everywhere....and I mean everywhere. They could not be missed. The bake sale was on Wednesday and much to everyone's delight it was the best sale ever. Everyone just seemed to notice.
This is what they said:

ps- does anyone know how to get invited to FFFFound.....?

gummi bears
Check this out!!! Its a candelier made entirely of gummi bears. 5,000 to be almost exact. Wouldn't it be fun to have one of these and when you get hungry you could reach up and just grab one. It reminds me of a college performance art piece that I did. I tried to achieve this same look with crystal prisms in hopes that when it was all done and I turned on all the spot lights in the room little rainbows would dance around everywhere. Sad to say it, but it did not work out like that. On a good note I now have hundred of prisms.

Philadelphia Love....
I went to college in Philadelphia and fell in love with the city right away. I moved to the Fairmount area after college and loved how I could walk down the street to the coffee shop for my morning tea and meet up with friends for a drink and dinner at a restaurant in the neighborhood. Alex and I loved eating out in the neighborhood and my best buddy Julie and I would meet up every 2 weeks to try out a new restaurant in the city. Ohh did we have fun! I miss that. We have all moved away from Philadelphia to new places and we try often to go back to live it up. I found this print on Etsy and I might get it to remember the good ol' days.

MIssed Connections
I found out about Missed Connections on Admire & Inspire and instantly feel in love with the idea of it all. It is just sooo New York City and like the movie Serendipity. A mindset that is so easy to get all wrapped up in. It is so sweet and innocent and it makes me wonder if anyone ever felt the same way about me?
